Truro City has secured York City right-back Levi Andoh on loan until January 2. Andoh had previously undergone a trial period at Portsmouth during the summer of 2022. The 24-year-old player is eligible to participate in Truro’s FA Trophy match against Torquay United this Saturday. Andoh initially joined Ipswich Town in January 2020 after playing in non-league football, making one appearance for the club in the EFL Trophy. He departed Portman Road in the summer of 2022. Following an unsuccessful trial with Portsmouth, he returned to non-league football, playing for Buxton, Hednesford Town, and Hereford. Andoh became a member of York City last summer, where he made four appearances in the National League at the beginning of the previous season before a severe back injury sidelined him for the remainder of the campaign. Earlier this season, he completed a one-month loan spell at Darlington in National League North.
