A woman was transported to a hospital after sustaining injuries in a dog attack in Aberdeenshire, BBC Scotland News has reported. Police Scotland confirmed that officers were alerted to an incident in the Udny Station area at approximately 16:10 on Thursday, involving a woman and a dog being attacked by another dog. A statement from the police confirmed: “The woman was taken to hospital for treatment.” It further noted: “Inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.” The breed of the dog involved in the incident has not yet been identified.
