The Norman Christmas market in Jersey has experienced a delay due to adverse weather conditions. Originally slated to commence on Monday, the French-themed event was rescheduled after the St Malo ferry, intended to transport traders from France, was canceled, according to organisers. Organisers further stated that traders are now expected to reach the island on Wednesday, December 11, with stall setup at the Weighbridge commencing at 09:00 GMT. The market’s operational hours were initially planned for 09:00 to 18:00 daily; however, organisers indicated that stalls possess the option to “stay open late, depending on attendance.” Maison de Normandie is responsible for organizing this market, which is scheduled to conclude at 16:00 on Sunday.
