Celtic Players Recognized in Weekly Team Selection

After an impressive midweek performance against Atalanta, Celtic maintained their momentum by comfortably defeating Motherwell, resulting in two of their players being named in my Team of the Week. Alistair Johnston assumed the captain’s armband due to Callum McGregor’s injury, a clear sign of the high regard in which he is held at the club. He executed a perfectly timed run, scoring with a header to give Celtic a 2-0 lead against Motherwell. Alex Valle delivered an impeccable cross to his fellow full-back, Johnston, which led to a goal. Valle appears to be adapting well to his loan spell at Celtic from Barcelona. Sandi Toksvig will be joined by Gyles Brandreth, Lulu, Emmanuel Sonubi, and Alan Davies. Music will feature artists such as Queen, Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, Katy Perry, and others. Ben Fogle and Kate Humble are returning for the festivities at Longleat Safari Park.
