Police have reported that an individual suffered a broken collarbone and facial injuries following an assault on a street in Plymouth. Devon and Cornwall Police stated that the event occurred around 21:00 GMT on 3 December on Fegen Road. The person affected, a man in his 40s, was transported to a hospital. The police force confirmed that a 40-year-old man from Leicester was apprehended on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He has since been released on bail as further inquiries are conducted. Officers indicated their interest in speaking with a man dressed in dark clothing, believed to have witnessed the assault. Additionally, any other individuals who observed the event are requested to contact the police.
