A young child sustained injuries described as “serious but not life-threatening” and was transported to a specialized medical facility following a vehicular accident in a village. Emergency responders, among them an air ambulance, were dispatched to the site of a collision on Broadlands Road in Hockley, Essex, approximately at 9:56 GMT on Tuesday. According to Essex Police, the incident involved a Nissan X-Trail vehicle and led to a three-year-old girl being conveyed to the Royal London Hospital for medical attention. A representative for the East of England Ambulance Service stated: “We sent Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, an ambulance and an ambulance officer vehicle.
