The FHO Racing team has announced its participation in the 2025 North West 200 international road race, featuring riders Peter Hickman and Davey Todd. These English competitors will ride BMW motorcycles in both the Superbike and Superstock categories during the competition, scheduled to take place on the Triangle circuit between 7 and 10 May. The team led by Faye Ho previously withdrew from the North West event in 2023, following notification that the carbon wheels on their BMW Superstock bikes did not comply with the regulations set by the Motor Cycle Union of Ireland. Furthermore, this British Superbike organization did not participate in the 2024 edition of the race. Faye Ho stated, “Having missed the last two years, I am happy to say FHO Racing will be participating in the 2025 North West 200 with my two-rider line-up.” She also confirmed that these two riders would represent her team in the upcoming British Superbike Championship. She further commented, “I am very much looking forward to coming back and putting on a good show for everyone.” Mervyn Whyte, the Race Director for the North West 200, finalized the agreement for the FHO team’s comeback during the Macau Grand Prix in November. Whyte remarked, “Both Davey and Peter are leading contenders on the roads and tracks and the FHO Racing BMWs have a well established pedigree of success so this is very exciting news for North West 200 fans.” Last year, Todd secured three wins at the North West event, comprising two in the Superstock category and one in the Supersports. Concurrently, Hickman achieved two victories in the Supertwins class, riding a motorcycle prepared by his personal PHR Racing team. Additionally, Todd, who hails from Yorkshire, finished second in all three Superbike races during 2024.
