When emailing pictures, contributors are requested to include specific details. While all submissions are welcome, there is a higher likelihood of using images captured within the preceding week. An archive of images is accessible on Instagram, identified by the hashtags #bbcsouthnews and #OxfordshiresBigPicture. Submitting a picture signifies agreement with the BBC’s Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy. By contributing to Oxfordshire’s Big Picture, individuals grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and utilize the material as desired, across all media globally.
