Police have stated that arsonists inflicted £100,000 worth of damage by setting fire to a stolen car and a haystack. A grey Land Rover was taken between 21:00 BST on October 10 and 06:00 the following day. The individuals responsible then drove the vehicle around south Wiltshire before igniting it at a hay store situated at Longford Farm, Odstock, near Salisbury. An excavator and farm gates also sustained damage during the event.
