Clare Ritchie, a 41-year-old pedestrian, has been identified following her death after being struck by a vehicle in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire. The collision occurred around 21:30 on Friday on Crossgates within the town, involving a silver Ford Fiesta. Emergency personnel responded to the scene, where she was pronounced deceased shortly thereafter. Her relatives characterized her as “a loving mother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend.” In a released statement, they conveyed: “The tragedy that happened on Friday has left us all devastated.
