Avon and Somerset Police are seeking witnesses regarding the incident, which occurred on Tenby Road, Keynsham, around 01:30 GMT on November 3. The injured party informed officers that he opened his door to two males, who then forced their way into the premises, physically attacked him, and subsequently fled with alcohol and mobile phones. Emergency medical services responded to the scene initially, contacting law enforcement approximately at 03:00. The man’s health condition deteriorated following his admission to a medical facility. Police officials characterized his current state in the hospital as critical, yet stable. Details concerning the two suspected perpetrators have been released. The second suspect is also described as a white male, in his early 20s, approximately six feet tall and slim, with dark hair. Police stated he was attired in black and wore a mask. Detective Sergeant Nina Wilson commented: “We’ve carried out a number of fast-track enquiries and now need help from the community to find those responsible. “I’d like to reassure people that there is no evidence to suggest any wider risk to the public. If you have any information, dashcam or other footage which could help the investigation, we want to hear from you.”
