The pop-rock band McFly has been confirmed as one of the headlining acts for a series of forest concerts taking place next summer. The group, known for their hit songs ‘Five Colours in Her Hair’ and ‘Star Girl’, is set to perform at Forest Live at Westonbirt Arboretum, located in Gloucestershire, on 21 June. The band, which will be commemorating 21 years since its establishment, will join an existing roster of announced performers, including Snow Patrol. Funds generated from these concerts are allocated to support Forestry England’s activities, which involve conservation projects, tree planting, and the maintenance of natural areas. The ensemble, consisting of members Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter, and Harry Judd, has collectively achieved seven number one singles, seven Top 10 albums, multiple Platinum certifications, and a BRIT Award. The Forest Live 2025 series is also scheduled to host concerts at Forestry England’s sites, including Cannock Chase, Delamere Forest, and High Lodge in Thetford Forest.
