Last season, Glamorgan’s men’s team concluded their Vitality Blast South group campaign in sixth place out of nine teams. For the 2025 T20 Blast season, both Glamorgan’s men’s and women’s squads are scheduled to participate in four double-header fixtures, with two of these events taking place in Cardiff. The T20 Blast schedule for both Glamorgan teams will commence on Sunday, June 1, with away matches against Middlesex at the Merchant Taylors’ School Ground in Northwood. The men’s team is set to host their initial home match at Sophia Gardens against Surrey on Tuesday, June 3. Their remaining six home games will be distributed across Fridays and Sundays. While the locations for the initial two women’s semi-professional League Two matches are yet to be finalized, the women’s team will compete alongside the men in Cardiff on July 13 and July 18. Aimee Rees, Glamorgan’s head of women and girls’ cricket, commented, “We are really looking forward to the new era of Glamorgan Women, it’s an exciting time for women’s cricket in Wales. We are delighted to be playing a number of double-header fixtures alongside the men’s teams. We have seen the success of double-headers in The Hundred.” The men’s team’s initial series of fixtures is scheduled from June 1 to June 20, followed by a pause for County Championship commitments before the final six matches take place between July 4 and July 18. The quarter-final rounds are slated for early September, culminating in Finals Day at Edgbaston on September 13. The women’s eight-team League Two competition will conclude with its Finals Day held in Northampton on July 26. Mark Wallace, Glamorgan’s director of cricket, further stated, “Vitality Blast is always a competition you look for when the fixtures come out and after some exciting games at Sophia Gardens last year we’re looking forward to getting out there and playing well in the competition this season.” Post navigation Jamie Vardy’s Form Revitalized by Ruud van Nistelrooy’s Management St Mirren vs. Aberdeen: Key Match Statistics
