A 32-year-old man faces charges after a report was made concerning the rape of a woman at a Sussex property. Sussex Police stated that an inquiry commenced after an individual, who was not acquainted with the woman, arrived at a residence located on a street near central Hastings and forced entry through the front door at 19:00 GMT on November 30. The individual, identified as Jason Wren of Hastings, has been formally accused of rape, attempted rape, and trespassing with the intent to commit a sexual offence. He has been held in custody and is scheduled to make an appearance at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
