Alexander Dale, a 31-year-old man residing in Adamsdown, Cardiff, has appeared in court facing accusations related to two sexual offenses involving young females. He is charged with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl who was walking her dog alone in Pontprennau, Cardiff, on October 25. Furthermore, he faces a separate charge of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, following an incident on October 23 involving a 15-year-old girl on a bus traveling between Barry and Cardiff. During the hearing at Cardiff Magistrates Court, Mr. Dale did not enter a plea. He is scheduled to appear at Cardiff Crown Court on November 29, subsequent to a full psychiatric assessment. Bail was denied for Mr. Dale due to the serious nature of the allegations, and he has been remanded in custody until the crown court’s pre-trial preparation hearing.
