Police investigations are ongoing subsequent to the finding of human remains in a field located on the outskirts of Bristol. Avon and Somerset Police responded to a call in Lyde Green shortly before midday on Wednesday 6 November. The force has stated it is not aware of any suspicious circumstances, and a forensic post-mortem examination is being conducted to ascertain the cause of death.
