An additional teenager has been apprehended on suspicion of murder following the fatal stabbing of a 17-year-old boy in Solihull. The most recent male suspect, whose age has not been disclosed by police, was taken into custody in Birmingham at approximately 04:30 GMT after being detained. Separately, a 17-year-old boy previously arrested on Tuesday has been released on bail. This development follows a stabbing incident in Marston Green on Tuesday, which led emergency crews to respond to Station Road at about 18:20 GMT. A fundraising appeal launched to support the mother of the deceased boy, who has not yet been formally identified by police, has garnered donations exceeding £1,000. The community group managing the appeal indicated that the collected funds are designated for funeral costs and to enable the boy’s mother to take time off work. The group, which was founded by the mother, conveyed that the pair shared “a bond that was unbreakable.” Post navigation Safety Scheme Compliance Lapses in a Third of Tested Venues Convicted Sex Offender Jailed Again After Monitoring Detects New Offenses
