Teenager Harrison Jones has committed his future to Sunderland by signing a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2026. Jones has been associated with Sunderland since he was six years old. The 19-year-old midfielder has been a part of the Black Cats’ system since the age of six, advancing through all the various age-group levels within the club. Jones’s first-team debut occurred in August when he came on as a substitute in an EFL Cup match against Preston North End. Speaking to the club’s website, he remarked, “This is my home, this has been my life for nearly 15 years now.
