A 59-year-old man has died a month after being struck by a car in Maidstone. The individual was hit by a white Toyota H-CR while crossing the A26 Tonbridge Road at approximately 20:10 GMT on Wednesday, November 6. Following the incident, he was transported to a hospital via ambulance but passed away on Friday, December 6. Kent Police are now issuing an appeal for any witnesses who observed the collision or possess dashcam footage to come forward. The Toyota was travelling from Maidstone towards Barming when the incident occurred, specifically near the Esso petrol station and the A26 junction with Stanford Drive.
