An individual aged 50 has been taken into custody concerning the fatality of a male at a residential property in North Lanarkshire. The remains of James McMaster, aged 53, were discovered after law enforcement personnel responded to a call at Maxton Crescent in Wishaw at approximately 14:10 on December 5. The fatality was classified as suspicious subsequent to a post-mortem examination indicating that he had sustained an attack. Police Scotland stated that their investigation into the occurrence is continuing.
