For the current festive season, a pub in the Mendips area is hosting a 26-foot snowman crafted from wine bottles. The Queen Victoria Inn, located in Priddy, Somerset, has also been entirely decorated with Christmas lights, with the objective of raising funds for Children’s Hospice South West. The snowman’s construction involves a large steel framework supporting 2,500 bottles, and its eight-foot top hat stands taller than the building itself. Thousands of lights will be activated daily from 16:00 GMT to 21:00, with the entire display concluding for the season on New Year’s Eve.
