Police have reported that a 14-year-old boy was transported to the hospital after being struck by a bus in Devon. Officers stated that the incident occurred at 15:35 GMT on Wednesday, on Coombeshead Road in Newton Abbot. Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed the boy was taken to Torbay District Hospital, having sustained “several injuries but none were described as life-changing or life-threatening.” Police indicated that the road was closed to allow for investigations.
