A substantial quantity of illicit drugs, with an estimated street value exceeding £1 million, has been confiscated following the discovery of a large-scale cannabis cultivation operation. Cleveland Police officers located the cannabis plants during an enforcement action at a property situated on the Graythorp Industrial Estate in Hartlepool last Friday. Authorities estimate that the potential yield from these plants could amount to approximately £1.3 million in illicit substances. Two individuals, aged 25 and 51, have been apprehended and formally accused of cannabis production. They are scheduled to appear before Teesside Magistrates’ Court.
